After completing years of training, he was finally able to step into the sales role for the company. For the past several years and was able to take over the reins in 2014 as the president. They have 35 employees and have completed over 1000 remodeling projects over the past 5 years.

Bill started in the industry working summers as a builder to support his wintertime skiing aspirations. He quickly developed a knack in the remodeling industry and founded William J. Patrick, Inc., which he owned from 1989-2009. In this time he received numerous awards for design work including Remodeling Magazine’s BIG 50 award for fine design. Bill was also named Remodeler of the Year by PA Builders Association in 2007 for his exemplary business practices and systems which he has brought to this team.

In November in 2009 he became the Division Manager and Senior Designer EGStoltzfus Homes, LLC in Lancaster, PA. EGStoltzfus is a full-service construction company specializing in the design and construction of Neighborhood Homes, Residential Remodeling, Designed Homes and Commercial Construction.
